Double walled chamber, Interior, Perforated
Basket and the Doomed Lid made of polished Stainless
steel, argon arc welded and Exterior made of
Stainless steel sheets / Cold rolled mild steel
sheet finished in powder coating. The Lid is
tightened with wing nut.
Heating elements are Immersion type Heaters.
The Unit is fitted with Neoprene Rubber Gasket
to ensure tight sealing. All Autoclaves are
hydraulically tested up to 40 PSI as safety
measure. The Unit is incorporated with Pedal
Lifting Device for easy opening of the Lid.
Standard accessories supplied with unit are
Water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam
release cock, spring-loaded safety valve, cord
and plug |

Double walled unit, mounted horizontal
on a sturdy heavy mild steel tubular
stand. Interior, Boiler and the Lid
made of polished Stainless steel argon
arc welded and Exterior made of Stainless
steel sheets /Cold rolled mild steel
sheet finished in powder coating. The
Lid is tightened with radial locking
system. Heating elements are Immersion
type Heaters. The Unit is fitted with
Neoprene Rubber Gasket to ensure tight
sealing. Separate valves are provided
for injection of steam into the chamber
and releasing the steam from the chamber.
All Autoclaves are hydraulically tested
up to 40 PSI as safety measure.
Standard Accessories supplied with the
unit: Automatic Pressure Control Switch,
Automatic Low Water Level cut off device,
pressure gauge, and steam release cock,
Safety valve.

The automatic
enclosed vertical autoclave will
be constructed from Stainless Steel
316 with mirror polish surface finish.
All SS welding will be done by Argon
TIG welding process. The SS chamber
will be insulated with good quality
insulation. The SS chamber along
with thermal insulation will be
installed in another MS cabinet.
The cabinet will be panelled on
all sides using 2 mm MS sheets with
powder coating finish. The entire
will be mounted on high quality
rollers.
The heating of the autoclave will
be by immersion heaters place at
the bottom side of the chamber.
The lid will be doomed type with
mirror finish SS with wing nut locking
system. The material of Gasket between
the lid and chamber will be of Silicon
rubber.
The system will be provided with
stainless steel perforated basket
to be placed inside the autoclave.
The cabin will have a dashboard
type panel. The panel will house
the pressure gauge, PID controller,
pressure switch, level indicating
switch, timer, thermal switch, ammeter,
voltmeter, MCB, indicator lamps
etc.
Power supply: 230 volts AC,
50 Hz.
Application: Most suitable for clean room,
Micro –biology, Bio-technology and
sterile areas.
